Prepare your video, audio, and 3D content

You can display content from any third-party app that has an embedded player.

Types of rich content

You can add:

• Video players such as YouTube and Vimeo.
• Audio players such as SoundCloud.
• 3D components such as SketchFab.

Flag your video, audio, and 3D content for publishing

1. In Vernon CMS, go to the Object - Document References window.
2. In the External File field, enter the file link.

   • YouTube video links must be in this format (with youtu.be in the middle): ​https://youtu.be/videoID

   • To get the YouTube link in this format on your desktop computer, right-click on the video frame and select Copy Video URL.

3. In the Category field, list the type of file (for example, YouTube, SoundCloud).
4. Click Save.
