Calculated fields

You can also use calculated fields to change how Browser will present the data. Calculated fields are called User Symbolics in Vernon CMS.

  • For example, a department may several different levels within it. You may want each of those to appear as separate links or buttons on the website.
  • Another example is classification. You might want to split a species name from a genus so that you can show genus as a link on the website.

We can help you create calculated fields that split the data in Vernon CMS.
